Meet Liat Considine, C-IAYT
Liat brings deep experience, compassion, and creativity to her work. With a background in ballet and modern dance, a degree from UC Berkeley, and over two decades of yoga instruction, she blends somatic wisdom with personal insight to guide clients toward greater self-awareness and calm.
Through her training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), and meditation, Liat specializes in supporting neurodivergent children, teens, adults, and families. Her sessions are adaptive, trauma-informed, and designed to meet each client where they are—infusing movement with mindfulness and healing with play.
