our philosophy

  • Our clinical practice is informed by science. We use gold-standard assessment instruments and empirically supported treatment strategies to address our clients’ needs.

  • Whenever possible, we adapt our approach to fit the developmental level, language ability, and specific needs of the person. We consider how factors such as culture, race, ethnicity, gender identification, and other personal and environmental characteristics affect development, behavior, and psychological functioning.

  • When working with children, we view children as part of a broader family unit and provide services to the entire family rather than the child alone.

  • We celebrate neurodiversity and strive to improve each individual’s ability to live a full and meaningful life based on their unique goals and dreams.
