Dr. Megan Rohde is a postdoctoral fellow with a specialization in assessment and treatment of individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders. She has worked with neurodiverse individuals across the lifespan and approaches her work with an appreciation for neurodiversity. Dr. Rohde is committed to building meaningful relationships by finding creative ways to connect with each patient and developing a deep understanding of their unique strengths, values, and definitions of fulfillment.

In addition to working with individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, Dr. Rohde also has experience providing assessment and treatment to individuals with learning disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID), anxiety and emotional and behavioral regulation challenges. Drawing from training in both psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral therapies, she takes an integrative, evidence-based approach tailored to each individual's needs.

Dr. Rohde also has a significant background in research. She began her career working on a study investigating the overlapping neural correlates of autism spectrum disorder and ADHD. Most recently, she served as the primary assessor on a study of Champ-1 syndrome, a rare genetic syndrome that is commonly comorbid with autism. Further, her doctoral dissertation focused on sexual education for females with autism spectrum disorder, reflecting her interest in sex differences in autism presentation and the unique needs of autistic girls and women. She makes it a priority to stay current with the latest research in the field and incorporates her knowledge of the latest evidence into her clinical practice.

Dr. Rohde was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She completed her graduate training in New York City and is now happy to be back in sunny California. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and puppy, cooking and doing pilates.
